Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer at our Utako location.
- The COO will be responsible for business planning, operations management, financial oversight, budgeting, and leveraging analytical skills to drive strategic decision-making.
- The COO will play a key role in optimizing processes and ensuring organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Business Planning and Operations Management skills
- Analytical Skills for strategic decision-making
- Financial acumen, including experience in Finance and Budgeting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in the payment industry or related field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field
