Job Title: Demand Generation Manager (DGM)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand-generation strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations.
• Manage and optimize lead nurturing programs to increase conversion rates and accelerate the sales cycle.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform demand generation strategies and messaging.
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes.
• Continuously test and iterate on demand generation tactics to improve results and drive innovation.
