Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Sales Manager
- Prospect for qualified clients
- Conduct project presentations
- Manage client accounts effectively and efficiently in order to sell the company’s projects
according to business objectives and in a manner reflective of the company’s values - Provide clients with relevant information on real estate developments and latest market
trends - Keep clients abreast on promo terms, discounts, price increases and other pertinent
information that have an impact on sales operations - Effectively communicate the key differentiator touch points as to why the client should
purchase a property through Trustcrow versus other organizations - Explain benefits of property design, construction quality and other features that are
showcased throughout the property - Effectively discusses and explains the property buying process to clients in such a way
that the client feels knowledgeable and comfortable with the various touch points - Explain and process sales documentation for prospective clients, including filling in
information required to complete the company’s form of purchase and sale contract - Proactively communicates and responds in a professional and timely manner to all
external and internal stakeholders (managers, real estate brokers, buyers, solicitors, etc.) - Inform management of opportunities, problems, progress and support needed to quickly
and appropriately resolve issues - Manage backlog, maintain strong lines of communication with clients post purchase
decision - Resolve any issues or problems with clients to keep the process moving forward
- Perform all necessary follow-up to ensure successful closing of sales
- Collaborate with other departments, teams and individuals, both inside and outside the
company, to ensure that the entire process is seamless from set up to close of sale and
delivery of property - Meet all reporting deadlines in a timely and consistent manner
- Input, update, and effectively utilize data in the company’s Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) system (or other systems as required by management) to drive
sales activities in assigned territory - Prepare and submit daily update reports of prospective customer traffic to management
- Develop knowledge of competitor policies, programs, pricing and products, as well as
consumer demographics, in an effort to better define key differentiators for his/her
assigned territory and provides helpful information to management - Monitor and shop competitive products, providing feedback to management to ensure
appropriate personnel are kept abreast of changes in the market - Any other duties as assigned or required by the company or the group.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 4+ years experience working in the same capacity in a structured organization
- Self-motivated and customer-oriented
- Thrives under pressure and embraces challenges
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of the real estate industry including but not limited to
salesmanship, real estate practice, documentation, and negotiation techniques - Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.

- Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

a team. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (e.g. Odoo, Salesforce), and other sales
application programs.
