Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the company’s sales strategy in the designated area and ensure the achievement of sales targets
  • Develop new customers and expand market share
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers, conduct regular customer return visits, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in market research, analyze market trends and competition, and propose sales plans and strategies
  • Continuously understand the company’s products and be able to provide professional product consultation and support to customers
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback and provide effective solutions

Requirements:

  • College or bachelor’s degree, marketing, business management, or related majors are preferred
  • 1-3 years of sales or customer management work experience, B2B sales experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and customer service awareness
  • Self-driven, able to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • In-depth understanding of the Lagos market is preferred
