Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Admin Duties:

  • Handle the administrative affairs of the HR department
  • Provide support in the functional areas of the department, including recruitment, contract signing, employee relations, etc

Employee Contract Signing:

  • Communicate with new employees about contract signing after the cooperation is confirmed, and promote it
  • Collect and check employee information and submit it to the company
  • Responsible for the reception and contract signing of part-time employees

Recruitment:

  • Responsible for identifying candidates and communicating with them to confirm the intention of both parties
  • Facilitate the interview and recruitment of candidates

General administrative work

  • Office-related asset management
  • Related expenses and reimbursement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources or business administration
  • At least 2 years of HR supervisor or related working experience in the financial industry
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations
  • Strong aptitude and ability to multitask
