Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Management:

  • Collect, organize, and cleanse health data from a variety of sources, including patient records, clinical trial data, financial data, etc.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze large data sets using statistical software and tools to identify trends and patterns.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate treatment effectiveness, healthcare costs, and patient satisfaction.

Reporting and Visualization:

  • Produce detailed data analysis reports and charts to present insights to management and other stakeholders.
  • Transform complex data into easy-to-understand visualizations to support the decision-making process.

Support Decision Making:

  • Provide data support for emerging public health issues and the development of healthcare policies.
  • Assist in the development and evaluation of the effectiveness of healthcare programs and interventions.

Data Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations to protect patient information.
  • Regularly evaluate data management processes to improve compliance and efficiency of data use.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in medicine, public health, statistics, data science, or related fields.
  • Experience in data analysis in the medical or health industry, and candidates with relevant project experience are preferred.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, able to extract valuable insights from complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to effectively express technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Working in a healthcare organization, health management company, or health technology company, often involves teamwork and cross-departmental communication.
