Job Summary

The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for the company and is responsible for receiving incoming customers, handling telephone inquiries, and supporting the daily operations of the office. This position requires good communication skills and customer service awareness to ensure that both visitors and telephone inquiries have a positive experience.

  • Responsible for receiving and distributing company mail, express delivery, and packages.
  • Maintain a clean and professional image in the front desk area to ensure a comfortable experience for visitors.
