- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers,
copywriters, and other creative professionals to produce exceptional work. - Concept Development:
Develop innovative concepts and creative strategies that align with client
goals and market trends. - Project Oversight:
Manage multiple creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring all
deliverables meet deadlines and exceed expectations. - Brand Stewardship:
Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all creative outputs,
maintaining the integrity of our clients’ brands. - Collaboration:
Work closely with account managers, clients, and other stakeholders to
understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that drive
results. - Quality Assurance:
Review and approve all creative materials, including designs, copy, and
multimedia content, ensuring they meet high-quality standards. - Trend Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our
creative work innovative and competitive. - Client Presentations:
Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, articulating the
vision and rationale behind the work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts,
Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a
marketing or advertising agency. - Strong portfolio showcasing your creative work and
leadership experience. - Excellent understanding of branding, marketing
principles, and visual communication. - Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative
Suite) and familiarity with digital marketing tools. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with
the ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts clearly. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams in
a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
