Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Oversee the planning and execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, operations, and sales, to ensure campaign success.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and insights.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the campaign lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and campaign details.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related role, preferably within the advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of Out door advertising and media planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and thrive in a fast- paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
