RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Learn and implement strategies for lead generation and follow-up to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks.
- Utilize Excel extensively to organize and manage large data set.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and promotional materials to support sales initiatives
- Source potential vendors and suppliers, conducting negotiations to secure the best prices and terms for the company.
- Manage house accounts, generating leads and diligently following up to convert them into purchase orders.
SKIILS AND QUALIFICATION.
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and effectively utilize new technologies and software as required by the role.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret technical data and generate actionable insights to support business development efforts.
