Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos) for all social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the advertising team to ensure brand consistency across all social channels.
  • Implement and manage social media campaigns that align with marketing goals.
  • Identify new trends and opportunities for innovation in social media.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark social media strategies.
  • Engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
  • Monitor brand image and manage the company’s online reputation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Stay updated with social media platform changes.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Handler or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
