Job Description
- Conduct MBWA on the facility
- Provide thought leadership on all FM service delivery and act as a subject matter expert for service delivery for a total FM offer
- Driving service excellence through service delivery and innovation while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sustainability activities
- Ensure PPMs are conducted and properly coordinated
- Oversee and facilitate toolbox meetings on-site
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment, including hiring contractors for major projects
- Oversee the water and sewage treatment plant processes to ensure proper hygiene
- Monitoring equipment and machinery to ensure that they are in good working order
- Manage unplanned maintenance, repair, and recovery for the facility as required within the shortest possible time.
- Follow-up on timelines to ensure periodic services such as generator and elevator servicing, facility
- Adopt energy-saving techniques by turning off lights, putting off equipment, and using an inverter to the firm’s advantage and sourcing for other energy-saving options
- Oversee special projects-related duties such as office construction, refurbishments, and vendor bidding processes.
- Manage and ensure routine fumigation of offices across the branches.
- Execute other assignments as assigned by the Category Manager
Qualifications
- First degree in Engineering, Estate Management, and any other related field
- Minimum of 5 years of apartment management experience as a multi-site maintenance supervisor or higher.
- Extensive working knowledge of HVAC systems
- Strong organizational skills and computer knowledge including Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to conduct project cost forecasting and to write progress reports including project histories, problems, recommended solutions, and justifications for recommendations
- Effective communication with community associates, Regional Managers, Corporate, and other departments including an ability to present problems clearly and concisely with practical solutions as needed
- Proven ability to conduct due diligence to make challenging decisions with confidence
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize multiple deadlines and projects

Job Description
- Work with the product marketing team in coordinating all the marketing communications of the organization for promoting the organization’s products and services
- Manage online and offline communication with clients and increase brand awareness by building long-term relationships with target audiences
- Be the brand’s voice to impress the customers and attract new clients.
- Attend to customer inquiries on social media and resolve any form of complaints they may have regarding our facility management services
- Craft and send regular newsletters regarding our real estate services to potential clients
- Work with the Marketing and Corporate Communications unit and the business development unit in raising brand awareness by organizing and attending marketing events and activities.
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on multiple media channels٫ including social media٫ print٫ and otherwise.
- Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
- Advertise our company and products/services on various media
- Track ROI for marketing campaigns
- Prepare marketing material content for publishing and ensure proper distribution.
- Research the market to identify growth sectors and opportunities.
- Work with the product marketing manager in preparing the marketing budget
- Prepare and present weekly marketing report
- Execute any other assignment as directed by the Product Marketing Manager
Qualifications
- First degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum of 2 cognate years of experience in a similar capacity
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM)
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
- Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
