Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) by creating, scheduling, and publishing content.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Create visually appealing and compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Assist in drafting and distributing communication materials such as newsletters, press releases, and blog posts.
- Respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to assess performance and make data-driven recommendations.
- Assist with organizing and promoting events, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of cognate experience in managing social media platforms and content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences.
- Strong passion for technology education.
