Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and create action plans to meet them.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and coaching to develop the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
  • Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Act as a point of escalation for client issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring that opportunities are effectively managed and closed.
  • Participate in high-level sales meetings and negotiations with potential clients and partners.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, including revenue, sales growth, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and sales.
  • Provides feedback to internal teams based on customer interactions to improve products, services, and sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
