Description 

• Manage and oversee flooring installation projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for flooring installations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring all installations are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct site visits to assess project status, address issues, and ensure quality control.
• Ensure all flooring installations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality requirements.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Procure and manage materials, equipment, and labor required for flooring installations.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the installation process.
• Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
• Oversee the installation of various types of flooring materials, including hardwood, tile, carpet, and laminate.
• Ensure proper installation techniques are used to achieve the desired aesthetic and functional outcomes.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for improving processes and enhancing project efficiency.
