Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Development of training plan and delivery activities.
- Source training consultants/Vendors.
- LIZZY Administration.
- Competency and Training Administration, Vendor liaison, Logistics Coordination, Training Evaluation and Reporting.
- Develop and manage the c-PAT and e-TAD tool.
- Ensure HSE training is followed as detailed in individual safety passes.
Requirements:
- HND or BSC Degree in a social science discipline, with experience in Human Resources and People Management Required Skills.
- Data Management and Reporting: PowerBI, managing the Training Master Data file, mandatory/compliance E-Learning Reporting.
- Hands-on appreciation of Microsoft Excel.
- Very Good documentation skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
