Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Development of training plan and delivery activities. 
  • Source training consultants/Vendors. 
  • LIZZY Administration. 
  • Competency and Training Administration, Vendor liaison, Logistics Coordination, Training Evaluation and Reporting.
  • Develop and manage the c-PAT and e-TAD tool.
  • Ensure HSE training is followed as detailed in individual safety passes.

Requirements:

  • HND or BSC Degree in a social science discipline, with experience in Human Resources and People Management Required Skills.
  • Data Management and Reporting: PowerBI, managing the Training Master Data file, mandatory/compliance E-Learning Reporting.   
  • Hands-on appreciation of Microsoft Excel.
  • Very Good documentation skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
