Job Title: Fleet Tracking Manager

Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Operations Manager in charge.

Job Overview

• The Fleet Tracking Manager will supervise Fleet Tracking Officers in Mowe, Apapa, & PHC.
• He is responsible to ensure that daily reports are submitted by the Fleet Tracking Officers, as and when due. He is the first point of contact for all cases involving trucks not reporting to the ERP dashboard.

Responsibilities and Duties
Below are some of the responsibilities of the Fleet Tracking Manager:

• Ensure that alltrucks are tracked and reporting data to the dashboard.
• Supervise all Fleet Tracking Officers to ensure that there is no circumvention of trackers or tracking report.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, & quarterly reports to the Operations Manager in-charge.
• Assist internal security and government security agencies in tracking and locating stolen/diverted trucks and goods.
• Support the Operations Team with accurate data analytics.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive adherence program for RMT fleet.
• Any other duties assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of first degree in any discipline, a Master’s degree would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role and 5 years team leadership role.
• Must be very skilled in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel.
• Professional membership of Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport is an added advantage.
• Must be able to work long hours.

Compensation
N200,000 – N300,000 base pay p.m, excluding allowances.
