Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for translating, consulting, and communication works
- Organize and archive related construction projects, contracts, and other information
- Perform related negotiating and consulting works with government apartments
- Establish and maintain business relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings
- Complete urgent and important tasks assigned by leaders
Requirements:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Expert in construction engineering business
- Maintain an outgoing demeanor and feel comfortable in networking and public relations situations.
- Good at communicating with others, with good language expression and strong communication skills
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Have at least one year of experience in a similar role
- Possess knowledge of engineering bidding procedures and document preparation
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and administrative tools
- Possess a diligent, responsible, and detail-oriented work ethic
- Maintain a strong commitment to confidentiality and honesty
