Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for translating, consulting, and communication works
  • Organize and archive related construction projects, contracts, and other information
  • Perform related negotiating and consulting works with government apartments
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings
  • Complete urgent and important tasks assigned by leaders

 


Requirements:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Expert  in construction engineering business
  • Maintain an outgoing demeanor and feel comfortable in networking and public relations situations.
  • Good at communicating with others, with good language expression and strong communication skills
  • Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Have at least one year of experience in a similar role
  • Possess knowledge of engineering bidding procedures and document preparation
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and administrative tools
  • Possess a diligent, responsible, and detail-oriented work ethic
  • Maintain a strong commitment to confidentiality and honesty
