We are looking for a responsible administrative assistant to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office affairs such as filing and meeting arrangements.
- Manage office supplies procurement and inventory.
- Assist in preparing reports and paperwork.
- Handle front desk reception, phone calls and emails.
- Assist HR in handling attendance and leave.
Job Requirements:
- College degree or above, 1-2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to multitask.
- Careful, responsible, fluent in English.
