    Description 

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in catfish sales, specifically within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in this area and will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share and revenue in the HORECA sector.
    • Identify and establish relationships with key customers, including hotels, restaurants, Bars, and other relevant businesses.
    • Manage existing client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in a timely and effective manner.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and promotions.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on catfish or related products.
    • Proven experience in the HORECA sector is essential.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Ability to travel as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in seafood sales or a related industry.
    • Established a network of contacts within the HORECA sector.
