Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will lead and manage projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate and supervise workers, subcontractors and artisans.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes.
- Oversee procurement of materials.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with Architects, Engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
