Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure operational efficiency across all departments
  • Develop and implement strategies for growth in midstream and upstream operations
  • Manage the organization’s project portfolio and drive project development
  • Provide technical support and guidance to executives and team members
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to foster innovation and business growth
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
  • Optimize resource allocation and budget management
  • Implement and oversee quality control systems
  • Manage client relationships and explore new business opportunities

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years of strategic leadership positions
  • Proven track record of successful project management and operational improvements
  • Strong understanding of midstream and upstream oil and gas operations
  • Experience in a small to medium-sized oil and gas company preferred
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
