Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure operational efficiency across all departments
- Develop and implement strategies for growth in midstream and upstream operations
- Manage the organization’s project portfolio and drive project development
- Provide technical support and guidance to executives and team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to foster innovation and business growth
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management
- Implement and oversee quality control systems
- Manage client relationships and explore new business opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years of strategic leadership positions
- Proven track record of successful project management and operational improvements
- Strong understanding of midstream and upstream oil and gas operations
- Experience in a small to medium-sized oil and gas company preferred
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
