Job description
- The Marketer is responsible for promoting and selling products to customers through various marketing strategies.
- This role involves understanding the market, identifying target audiences, and developing effective marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and tailor marketing efforts to meet their needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular communication and engagement.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products, services, and marketing efforts
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that drive sales.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- Minimum of OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Payment Structure
- Transport Allowance with commission on sales
