Job Description
The International Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence in assigned international regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners across diverse cultural backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with international clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products/services.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business development activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. (or masters*)
- Minimum of 5-years of experience in international sales or business
- development, preferably in the manufacturing, construction, or technology industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in international markets.
- Strong understanding of international business practices, cultural nuances, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel internationally if required.
- Proficiency in french language.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary Expectation: Negotiable
