Job Title: HR Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• A detail-oriented HR Analyst is required to support to the team lead in the execution of an HR project.
• Assist the Project Manager and Team Lead in delivering project objectives.
• Gather and analyze data.
• Conduct research on industry best practices and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.
• Support the facilitation of workshops and focus groups.
• Document findings, create reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing project timelines.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, talent management, or a related area.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
