Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine checkups and repairs
• Managed plumbing and electrical works, addressing issues promptly to prevent disruptions.
• Efficiently serviced and maintained air conditioning units, creating a comfortable environment for patients and staff.
• Written a monthly maintenance report to the Head of Admin
• Conducted electrical installations and maintenance, enhancing safety and operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Introduced cost-effective maintenance practices.
• Maintained detailed records of maintenance activities, supporting data- driven decision-making.

Qualification

• 2 year work experience.

Salary
N120,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
