Job Overview

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Civil and Structural Engineer to join our innovative interior design team.

Key Responsibilities
Structural Design and Analysis:

• Develop and review structural designs and calculations for various projects.
• Ensure designs comply with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Perform structural analysis using appropriate software tools to ensure stability and safety.

Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and other engineers to integrate structural elements with architectural designs.
• Provide technical support and guidance during all project phases.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present engineering solutions.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to facilitate project approvals and permits.

Technical Proficiency:

• Utilize advanced engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, ETABS) to create detailed and accurate structural plans.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.

Innovation and Creativity:

• Introduce innovative engineering solutions to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of our designs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in civil and structural engineering.
• Proven track record of successfully completed projects, particularly in collaboration with interior design teams.

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications:

• COREN certified or equivalent certification is preferred.
