Locations: Ikeja – Lagos and Idah, Kaba, Lokoja – Kogi

Job Summary
- Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for engaging with customers on a daily or weekly basis?
- We are looking for a Beta Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to clients through consistent and effective daily or weekly contributions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through regular sales activities such as door-to-door visits, market surveys, and community engagement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to individual client needs, focusing on daily or weekly contributions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized service and consistent follow-up.
- Manage the collection process for daily or weekly contributions, ensuring timely payments and resolving any related issues.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and payments, and provide regular reports to management.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Gather and relay feedback from clients to help improve products, services, and sales processes.
Qualifications
- SSCE / OND qualification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
- Applicants must reside close to the location
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and handle objections effectively.
Benefits
N57,000 Monthly, Pension and HMO.
